Vanessa Joyce

Vanessa holds a BA in Fine Arts,  with a focus on language as a medium, and an MA in Multimedia Communication and Publishing. With a background in music, dance, and critical theory, she weaves together themes of the body, sensuality, and the feminine through voice, movement, and text.

She approaches performance as a site of embodied inquiry, tracing the contours of the sensual and the spoken as spaces of both presence and projection: engaging with expression as a lived, shifting terrain rooted in sensation and embodied meaning.
